What is the minimum rental term?
You can get a WeFleet subscription for only 1 month without any commitment.

If I want to purchase a WeFleet subscription, can I only choose from the vehicle options on the website?
Yes, on wefleet.lt/en, you will find all available car models, detailed descriptions, and other relevant information.

What is a set rental mileage?
The set monthly mileage is 2000 km. For an additional fee, the mileage can be increased.

What to do if I exceed the set mileage?
When you return the car, you will need to pay for extra kilometres (based on the rates set in the contract).

Who can use WeFleet services?
Legal entities.

Do you check the clients' credit history?
WeFleet doesn’t check clients’ credit history or other liabilities. However, the company keeps the right not to provide services.

What is the state of WeFleet cars?
WeFleet cars are completely new or have lower mileage than 5000 km.

Can I exchange one WeFleet car for another?
Yes, based on your business needs, you can exchange a car each month without any additional fees.

What is the liability in case of damage due to the client's fault?
Our vehicles have compulsory vehicle insurance and KASKO insurance. In case of an accident caused by a client, insurance covers the damage and the client pays the amount set in the contract (550 EUR). Other damages not covered by the insurance must be fully compensated by the client (based on the written damages act).

Should I refuel the car before returning it?
You don’t need to worry about refuelling. Make sure the fuel bar on the panel is above the low fuel sign.

Do I need to pay a deposit to order your service?
You don’t need to put down a deposit.

How is the payment made?
After you purchase the subscription, you will receive an invoice. We ask you to make a bank transfer within 10 days after receiving the invoice.

Is it allowed to stick stickers on WeFleet cars?
If you want to stick branded stickers on our cars, you need to get WeFleet consent. When you return the vehicle, it shouldn’t have any marks of stickers or other damages.

Are WeFleet cars rented with official commercial stickers?
No, there are no branded stickers or marks on the body of the car.

Can I travel abroad with a WeFleet car?
There are no restrictions on travelling in the EU territory.
